Eight years of living for revenge has taken its toll, and the Parker Private Investigation and Security Analysis firm is hanging by a thread.

A client, preferably rich, is desperately needed, but today’s client is a poorly paid custodian.  However, Parker knows him and owes him. Parker will take the case regardless if the client can’t pay a dime. The client wants Parker to find a missing and emotionally disturbed homeless man, and Parker is determined to find the client’s target even if the final thread snaps.

However, what Parker doesn’t know is that this case will weave an entire twisted mystery that involves the local police, the FBI, the NSA, terrorists and a deadly plot to kill thousands who are downwind.
